A Discovery Intro Class is a taster-style beginner class designed to help you experience Beyond Dance before committing to a full course.

It gives you a feel for:

• how our classes are structured

• what the studio looks like

• the teaching style and atmosphere

• the kind of foundations we focus on
  

Think of it as a first contact with Beyond Dance — relaxed, welcoming, and pressure-free.

Discovery Pack classes run in dedicated Discovery Intro time slots each week. These are non-progressive, taster-style classes that rotate by dance style and can be attended in any order.

WEEKLY DISCOVERY PACK TIME SLOTS

Tuesdays – 7:30 PM Urban Kizomba (every week)

Thursdays – 7:00 PM Discovery Intro rotation:

• Cuban Salsa (2 weeks)

• Bachata (1 week)

• then repeats
  

Saturdays – 1:00 PM Discovery Intro rotation:

• Bachata (2 weeks)

• Salsa (Line Style) (1 week)

• then repeats
  

Each Discovery Intro class is taught as a standalone session. You don’t need to start on a specific week, and no previous classes are required.

The Discovery Pack can be used only in the following situations:

✔ Weekly Discovery Intro Beginner time slots

• Tuesdays at 7:30 PM (Urban Kizomba only)

• Thursdays at 7:00 PM

• Saturdays at 1:00 PM
  

These classes are reserved for:

• Discovery Pack holders

• Beginners

• People trying classes for the first time

✔ Beginner Course – Weeks 1 & 2 only If a Beginner Course is running, Discovery Pack classes can also be used during the first two weeks of the course.

This allows you to:

• try the course environment

• see how structured learning feels

• decide if you’d like to continue with full enrolment

After Week 2, the Discovery Pack is no longer valid for that course.

EXACT STYLES AND DATES ARE ALWAYS IN COURSES SECTION

The Discovery Intro Class is similar in content to the first class of a Beginner Course, but it’s more condensed and not progressive.

• Beginner Courses build week by week.

• Discovery Intro Classes are standalone tasters.

• The content stays the same each time for each dance style.
  

This allows newcomers to drop in without worrying about “missing week one” or needing prior knowledge.

No. Discovery Intro Classes are always taught as tasters, not as part of a progression.

Each class covers the same core material for that style, so you can:

• attend once with no pressure

• repeat it if you want a refresher

• use it simply to explore before committing

You’re very welcome to attend.

Many non-beginners use the Discovery Intro Class to:

• see how we teach foundations

• understand our approach to technique and connection

• get a feel for the Beyond Dance vibe
  

That said, if you’re already dancing regularly and looking for more challenge or progression, you may enjoy our drop-in classes, class passes, or memberships more. These give you direct access to regular weekly classes rather than a taster format.

No partner is required. You can come on your own.

Discovery Pack classes are subject to availability. Missed classes in the pack cannot be carried over beyond the validity period, which is 2 weeks.

The Discovery Pack is valid for 2 weeks from your first class.
