Cancellation Policy
Lessons are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment or a deposit🟢A booking deposit is required to secure a booking unless otherwise stated🟢Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson to avoid a cancellation fee.🟢Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson will incur a 50% charge of the lesson fee.🟢No-shows or failure to notify Beyond Dance of a cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the lesson fee.🟢Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice. A new date and time will be subject to availability.🟢If rescheduling is done within 48 hours, a 50% fee of the original lesson cost will apply.🟢In the rare event that Beyond Dance must cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no extra charge.🟢Refunds will only be issued if Beyond Dance cancels a lesson or in exceptional circumstances that prevent the lesson from taking place.🟢
