No partner needed 💃 💡 What It Is The Body Project is a solo dance training class designed to help you improve your movement quality, rhythm, balance, coordination, and confidence. You’ll focus on the elements that often get left out during partner work — from body isolation and control to musical expression and styling. Each class combines technique and creativity, so you can bring more awareness, fluidity, and presence into your social dancing. 🧩 What You’ll Learn Body movement & control – isolation, coordination, balance Styling & personal expression – learn to move with confidence Musicality – understanding rhythm, accents, and timing Footwork & drills – improving agility and precision Flow & transitions – connecting movements naturally Posture & body awareness – how to look and feel grounded 🕺 Who It’s For Dancers who want to improve their individual technique Students who feel stuck in partner work and want to grow personally Anyone looking to add more style, confidence, and musicality to their dancing Open level — suitable for all backgrounds and abilities 💳 How to Join You can take The Body Project in three different ways: 🗓️ 1. Course (6 Weeks) Attend once per week, same day and time, for six consecutive weeks Ideal for those who want steady progress and consistency Best value for committed learners €68 full course (or €60 if joining from Week 2) Missed classes cannot be made up. 🔁 2. Membership Packs Greater flexibility — pick any classes or dance styles you like Light Pack: 4 sessions (valid 5 weeks) Commit Pack: 8 sessions (valid 5 weeks) Unlimited Pack: all-access for one month 🎟️ 3. Drop-in Pass Perfect for trying the class out or attending occasionally Options for 1, 2, or 3-class day passes Includes entry to the dance social You can upgrade on the same day to a Course or Membership if you wish ❓Frequently Asked Q: I’m a beginner, can I join? A: Yes! This class is open level. It’s perfect for beginners who want to improve body control, as well as experienced dancers looking to refine their movement. Q: Is this partner work? A: No, it’s completely solo — it’s all about you and your body movement. Q: Can I start in Week 2? A: Yes, you can start any time. If you plan to get this as a course then the latest you can join is in Week 2.

Booking Policy for Group Classes We’re excited to welcome you to class! Please read our booking policy before securing your spot: 1. Booking Advance online booking is encouraged to guarantee your place — but walk-ins are always welcome. 2. Payment Payment is required at the time of online booking. Walk-in payments are accepted in cash at the door. 3. Rescheduling We do not offer cancellations or refunds for group classes. However: – If you booked online, you may reschedule your spot up to 24 hours before class via website account. – Missed classes or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before class are non-refundable and non-transferable. 4. Late Arrivals While we won’t turn you away, we recommend arriving on time. Arriving late can disrupt the flow of the class and may make it harder for you to catch up. 5. Everyone’s Welcome All inclusive space. All levels are welcome — just bring a smile and your dancing feet!
